How do you ship my orders?

The majority of our orders are processed and shipped by EMS and DHL within 72 hours. We do our best to consolidate orders into the fewest number of shipments so that you are charged the least amount possible for duties and taxes. We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time. If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within two business days, we will contact you with details of the backorder or a possible substitute item if there is one available. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, feel free to email us to ensure your order reaches you as soon as you need it.

Estimate Shipping Time

The shipping time usually needs 3-7 days to delivery, from the time when the shipping information post on the carrier’s official website.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons, such as:

→ Delays due to weather
→ Delivery is outside major city
→ Unforeseen delays by one of our carriers
→ Delays to the unavailability of product(s)
→ Delivery is to a PO Box or APO/FPO address
→ Delays due to orders being placed on a holiday
→ Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification

What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any products that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at support@collectivewatches.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photo proof of the affected samples and your D.O (Delivery Order) in order for us to investigate and review before a decision is made to re-send the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any sample that falls into this category should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo to us at support@collectivewatches.com.

2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in Singpost and if there’s a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we’ll re-send the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.

How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your COLLECTIVE WATCHES & JEWELRY Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

How will I know that you have received my order?

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

At the moment, we only accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to COLLECTIVEWATCHES.COM system for your order.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. During the encryption process, information is scrambled into small bits of code that cannot be read as they travel to us over the Internet. Once we receive the encrypted information, we use a private, one-of-a-kind key to decode it.

How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?

After logging into your account, go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.

How Do I Track My Order?

Your order will be shipped by DHL or EMS, once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the email.

Returns we only accept below 3 reasons for returns.
1. Wrong items shipped
2. Defective items unacceptable reasons for an exchange are: I ordered the wrong products, item looks different in the photo, color is lighter or darker in the photo, I changed my mind with the current order and want a different order, etc.Your complete satisfaction with your order is our satisfaction. Items just fulfill the following situation; we will provide refund and exchange.
1. Items must be returned within 14 days.
3. Items must not be worn, altered, or washed.
3. Items must have all tags attached and original packaging.
4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable

Do I need an account to place an order?

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference.

To speed up any future orders you can create an account which allows you to save your address details and store credit cards securely. Creating an account can be done as you checkout by selecting New Customer or Sign Up on the mobile site.
